Omnia Wellness Red Sea Retreat Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Details

a. The competition is open for entry until 12pm 7th December 2024.

b. Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours after the competition closes.

c. To confirm acceptance of the prize, winners must respond to the notification email within 48 hours. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and a new winner will be drawn.

2. Eligibility

a. This competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over.

b. Friends and family of Omnia Wellness are eligible to enter.

c. By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

3. Prize Details

a. The prize consists of one place on the Red Sea Retreat, taking place May 22–26, 2025. This includes:

- Shared tent accommodation in the desert camp (with the option to upgrade to a single tent for £125).

- Three meals per day.

- Transport from Dahab, Egypt, to the campsite and back.

- Participation in all included activities, yoga, meditation, pranayama classes, and group activities.

- Use of provided equipment during the retreat.

b. The prize does not include flights, visas, transfers to Dahab, soft drinks, snacks, or any other additional costs. These remain the responsibility of the winner.

4. Transfer and Alterations

a. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash or any other retreats offered by Omnia Wellness.

b. The prize may be transferred to a friend or family member by emailing hello@omniawellness.co within 60 days of the winner being announced. No transfer requests will be accepted after this period.

5. Additional Offers

a. Winners may choose to bring a friend at a 10% discounted rate for their friend’s booking. This discount is subject to availability and must be arranged promptly to secure the additional spot.

6. Accommodation and Upgrades

a. Winners will share a tent with another retreat participant.

b. Winners may upgrade to a single tent for a fee of £125, subject to availability.

7. Liabilities

a. Omnia Wellness accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred by the winner beyond those explicitly covered by the prize.

b. Participants acknowledge that attending the retreat involves activities that may pose a level of risk (e.g., yoga, meditation, outdoor excursions). By accepting the prize, winners release Omnia Wellness from liability for any injuries, illnesses, or losses sustained during the retreat.

c. Winners are advised to obtain their own travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellations.

8. Force Majeure

a. Omnia Wellness reserves the right to cancel, amend, or postpone the retreat or competition in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control).

9. Data Protection

a. By entering the competition, participants agree to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of competition administration in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Disqualification

a. Omnia Wellness reserves the right to disqualify participants who breach these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior during the competition process.

11. Jurisdiction

a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.

12. Miscellaneous

a. Omnia Wellness reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on the official website.

b. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
